Also include lean meats in your diet and if you have to snack, choose nuts such as almonds.
Weight Train - Don’t worry ladies, you’re not going to bulk up like the men will, you’re just get leaner and look a lot more toned and shapely. Women generally won’t bulk up with muscles the way men will, unless you’re on steroids or something. So don’t be afraid to get a little weight training into your exercise mix, remember muscles are your best friend.
Cardio, Cardio, Cardio – Try to squeeze in about 30 minutes of continuous low-intensity cardio sessions into your workout routine at least 3 times a week. Doing the workouts at a lower intensity allows you to do the exercise continuously for 30 minutes without wearing you out too soon, but is still enough to elevate your heart rate enough to burn fat.
